Sweetwater Union High School District
Sweetwater Union High School District hired TEGCSI to create the Project Labor Coordinator roles and responsibilities while administering the Project Labor Agreement. Using state of the art database software, TEGCSI increased efficiency in reporting and tracking local hire performance metrics.
They provided detail-oriented administration and interface between unions and all stakeholders resulting in more effective project management results. TEGCSI risk assessment of union grievances has resulted in recovery underpayment of work wages and strict adherence to the PLA's provisions.
