Ivory J. Anderson, Jr., has more than 20 years of regulatory compliance experience and 17 years' experience as a State-certified third-party labor compliance contractor, bolsters TEGCSI's grasp of wage compliance, labor law, and labor agreements.

He is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. TEGCSI is a Veteran Owned, Disabled Veteran Business, Minority Owned Small Business, Disadvantage Business, Small Business Enterprise, and a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.

Anderson worked for the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, investigating numerous allegations of wage violations, settled prevailing wage disputes, interviewed construction and farm labor workers, and advised all stakeholders on interpretations of the California Labor Code public works sections.

Malika Glick (she/her, formerly Anderson) is an experienced operations and program leader with a strong track record of building efficient systems, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting mission-driven organizations through periods of growth and change. As Operations Director, Malika oversees organizational operations, process improvement, and strategic execution, ensuring that TEGCSI’s functions, people, and systems are aligned to deliver meaningful impact.

With over ten years of experience across nonprofit and public-sector environments, Malika brings deep expertise in operational management, stakeholder engagement, and federal grant-supported programs. Her work has included leading multi-site initiatives, strengthening internal workflows, managing compliance for federally funded programs, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts. She is known for her ability to translate big-picture strategy into practical, scalable systems that support both staff success and organizational sustainability.

Malika holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science in Leadership & Management. Her background in people operations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness informs her collaborative, data-driven approach to operations. She is passionate about creating inclusive, well-structured environments where teams can thrive and organizations can expand their reach with integrity and clarity.
